The BRITA PURITY C Quell ST C300 is the mid-range model in the PURITY C Quell ST family. It provides more capacity than the C150 while remaining smaller and lighter than the 100 L/h C500 and C1100 systems. Suitable applications include commercial coffee and espresso machines, hot-drinks vending equipment, combi ovens and conventional ovens.
At 10°dH carbonate hardness, the C300 is rated for 3,464 litres with a 30% fixed-bypass head. With a 0-70% variable head, capacity is 4,000 litres at 40% bypass for coffee, espresso or vending, or 2,750 litres at 10% bypass for combi and conventional ovens. The bypass setting and replacement capacity should be based on measured local carbonate hardness and the connected equipment.
With the head fitted, the system measures 125 x 119 x 466 mm, weighs 4.2 kg wet and has a nominal flow of 60 L/h. It is suited to sites that require a longer replacement interval than the C150 without moving to the larger C500 footprint.
Four-stage filtration reduces carbonate hardness to limit limescale, retains metal ions such as lead or copper, and reduces chlorine residues and other substances that can affect the finished drink or food. IntelliBypass maintains the bypass proportion as the flow rate changes.
What is included: one BRITA PURITY C Quell ST C300 replacement cartridge, MPN 102826. A compatible PURITY C filter head is required and is not included. Replace the cartridge when its calculated capacity is reached or no later than 12 months after commissioning.
