Cancellation policy
This Subscription Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Filter Flair UK Limited ("Filter Flair", "we", "us", or "our") and governs your participation in our filter replacement subscription service ("Subscription Service"). By subscribing to our Subscription Service, you agree to be bound by this Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Subscription Service
Filter Flair's Subscription Service offers an automatic recurring delivery of water filters at a frequency selected by you during the subscription setup process. By subscribing, you agree to receive the selected filters at the specified intervals and authorise us to charge your designated payment method for the associated charges.

Pricing and Discounts
Our Subscription Service may offer a discount compared to a one-time purchase of the same product. Subscription pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Any additonal discounts or special offer codes applied to your subscription will only apply to the first order in your subscription. Subsequent shipments will be charged at the standard subscription rate.

Billing and Payment
By subscribing, you authorise Filter Flair to charge your designated payment method automatically for each shipment in your subscription cycle. Your payment method will be charged on the date of each scheduled shipment.
You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information. If your payment method fails for any reason, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 5 times on consecutive days to complete the subscription order. If the payment isn't made after 5 attempts, your subscription will automatically be cancelled and no further deliveries will be made.

Shipping and Delivery
Your subscription shipments will be processed and shipped according to your selected delivery frequency. Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, will be charged in addition to the subscription price.

Subscription Management
You can manage, edit, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account on our website. Changes to your subscription must be made before the order is processed for the upcoming shipment.
If you need your filter replacement earlier than your scheduled delivery, you can use the "Charge Now" option in your account to request an immediate charge and expedite the shipment. This will reset your subscription schedule from the date of the "Charge Now" request.

Cancellation Policy
There is no minimum subscription period, and you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. To cancel your subscription, follow the steps outlined in our "Managing Your Subscription" guide. Cancellations must be made before the order is processed for the upcoming shipment.

Product Availability
While we strive to maintain sufficient stock levels for all of our filters, there may be instances where a product becomes temporarily unavailable. If a product in your subscription is out of stock at the time of your scheduled shipment, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated restocking date.
In such cases, we will hold your order until the product becomes available, and then process and ship it as soon as possible. If the product remains unavailable for an extended period, we may offer you the option to:
a. Select a suitable alternative product, if available, for the current shipment;
b. Delay your shipment until the product is back in stock;
c. Cancel the affected shipment and adjust your subscription accordingly;
d. Cancel your entire subscription, if desired.
You will not be charged any additional fees for selecting an alternative product of equal or lesser value. If the alternative product is more expensive, the price difference will be charged to your designated payment method. -
Amendments to Pricing and Shipping Fees
Filter Flair reserves the right to amend the pricing or shipping fees for our Subscription Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. The updated pricing or shipping fees will apply to
your subscription from the next billing cycle onwards, following the date of the change.
If you do not agree with the updated pricing or shipping fees, you may cancel your subscription by following the steps outlined in our "Managing Your Subscription" guide. By continuing to use the Subscription Service after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated pricing or shipping fees.

Changes to Subscription Policy
Filter Flair reserves the right to modify or update this Subscription Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Subscription Service following any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
