Need a different filter? Exchange it free. Changed your mind? Get a refund. Wrong filter recommended? We’ll fix it at no cost — that’s our Correct Filter Guarantee.

Our Guarantees

🔄 Free Exchanges — 90 Days

  • No charge for return or replacement shipping.
  • Instant replacement: your new filter ships the moment Royal Mail scans your return — no waiting for inspection.
  • Price differences are adjusted automatically (you pay or receive the difference).

💧 Correct Filter Guarantee

If the filter we recommended doesn’t fit, we’ll send the correct one free of charge, including return shipping. We take the guesswork out of getting the right filter — guaranteed.

🛡️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including all shipping costs.

💸 Refunds — 30 Days

  • Return within 30 days for a full refund.
  • Return shipping: £3.49 (prepaid Royal Mail label, deducted from refund) or use your own courier.
  • Processing: Refunds are approved within 24 hours of your return arriving with us.
  • Bank timeline: It can take 3–5 working days for your bank to credit the funds.

How It Works

  1. Start your return through our Returns Portal.
  2. Generate a prepaid Royal Mail label or QR code (no printer needed), or use your own courier.
  3. Drop it off at any Post Office.
  4. Exchanges: Replacement ships instantly once Royal Mail scans your return.
  5. Refunds: Processed within 24 hours of arrival (funds appear in 3–5 working days).

What Can Be Returned

Accepted:

  • Unused filters in original sealed packaging
  • Not installed or connected to a water line
  • All packaging and accessories included

Not Accepted (unless faulty):

  • Used or opened filters (once hermetic seal is broken)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items missing parts or original packaging

Exception: Faulty filters can be returned even if opened — please contact us first.

Limitations & Exceptions

  • Used or Opened Filters: We can’t accept filters that have been opened, installed, or used, unless proven faulty.
  • Incomplete or Damaged Returns: Products must arrive in resaleable condition with all packaging and fittings intact.
  • Time Limits: Refunds within 30 days; exchanges and guarantees valid for 90 days.
  • Trade Orders: This policy applies to domestic customers. Trade accounts follow separate T&Cs.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or non-stocked products may not be returnable unless faulty (we’ll always confirm before purchase).
