Shipping policy
We aim to process all orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For all orders over £50 we offer free express delivery.
For orders under £50 we charge a small delivery fee of £2.99.

International Shipping
Filter Flair offers international shipping to countries within the EU Schengen Area.
This is offered at a variable rate depending on location, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you make your purchase.
Filter Flair UK Limited is registered under the EU's Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme under registration number IM7520008268. Orders below a total value of €150 will be charged VAT at the point of purchase at the applicable rate of the member country. This ensures import VAT will not be charged once the goods are processed through customs in the destination country.
All orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, and orders over a total value of €150 will likely be subject to import VAT. These charges may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Filter Flair UK Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (6 working days for international orders), please contact us at sales@filterflair.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Filter Flair will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@filterflair.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Terms & Conditions - Delivery
- Most of our deliveries can be made within 2-3 days after ordering. Whilst we will always do our best to ensure that deliveries take place within a reasonable period of time and within the time scale specified, a delay may sometimes occur which is entirely beyond our control. You are not entitled to cancel the order because of a delay in delivery unless the delay has been protracted and unreasonable.
- All goods may be subject to a delivery charge and will be delivered to the address or nominated safe place given at the time of ordering. Any change to the delivery address or delivery instructions may result in a delay in delivery and an administration charge.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery of the goods at the agreed delivery period, unless specific safe place delivery instructions have been provided (see clause 11). If the goods cannot be delivered you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
- All deliveries are made to the delivery address or nominated safe place only. After signing for / accepting the delivery or delivery to a nominated safe place it is your responsibility to store the goods appropriately. All delivery charges are calculated on this basis. If you have any requirements over and above this you must notify us when you place your order and additional charges may be applicable.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address or nominated safe place is accessible. Filter Flair will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage due to inaccessibility or failure of the delivery.
- You must unpack the goods and inspect them before the delivery is completed and the driver leaves or, in the case of safe place delivery, within 24 hours of delivery. If there is any damage to the goods or there are any missing parts or the goods supplied are not in accordance with your order you must make a note of this on the delivery note or notify us in writing within 24 hours of safe place delivery and you must also notify us immediately. You are not entitled to refuse the delivery on the grounds that part of the order is missing or is incorrect. In the absence of any comment on the delivery note or notification within 24 hours of safe place delivery it will be deemed that the goods were delivered in satisfactory condition and in accordance with your order.
- You must not use, fit or install any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods whether notified to us or not. If you do, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and Filter Flair UK Limited will accept no further responsibility in relation to such goods. Filter Flair UK Limited will give no warranty in respect of any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods which are used or installed by you.
- We strongly advise that you should not plan installation until after the goods have been delivered and inspected by you.
- Filter Flair UK Limited cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of late or delayed delivery of the goods.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or upon successful delivery to a nominated safe place and it is your responsibility to ensure appropriate storage conditions from then.
- Where a customer nominates a safe place for delivery or provides specific delivery instructions (including but not limited to leaving items in outbuildings, porches, with neighbours, or other designated locations), the following conditions apply: a) The nomination of a safe place constitutes formal authorization for the delivery to be made to that location b) Once delivered to the nominated safe place, risk in the goods passes immediately to the customer c) Filter Flair UK Limited accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of goods after delivery to the nominated safe place has been completed d) Proof of delivery to the nominated safe place, including GPS coordinates where available, shall constitute complete fulfilment of Filter Flair UK Limited's delivery obligations e) Any changes to safe place instructions must be communicated to Filter Flair UK Limited in writing prior to dispatch of goods f) Where safe place delivery instructions conflict with other delivery terms, the customer's specific safe place nomination shall take precedence.
